At Jafrie by R, we are committed to delivering a seamless and reliable experience from the moment you place your order. Every parcel is prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. For the most accurate delivery estimate, enter your postcode on the product page or in your cart.
Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
United Kingdom Orders
Orders placed before 1:00 pm GMT are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm are dispatched the next business day. Same-day dispatch applies to in-stock items only.
We partner with Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.
Royal Mail Express: Estimated 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes apply to major metro areas. Rural or remote regions may require additional time.
Pre-order and made-to-order items follow the timelines stated on their product pages.
Jafrie by R is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, seasonal congestion, or external factors.
All parcels are sent signature on delivery with authority to leave. If the courier determines there is a secure location, your parcel may be left safely at the address. Proof of delivery will be recorded.
If authority to leave is given or applied by the courier, Jafrie by R is not liable for missing parcels. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued in these circumstances.
International Orders from the UK Store
Orders placed before 1:00 pm GMT are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off are processed the following business day. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off or on weekends are processed on Monday.
Jafrie by R is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international courier networks, or seasonal volume.
Pre-ordered items follow the dispatch timeframes listed on each product page.
Taxes are included in the product price for selected destinations. Some countries may charge additional duties depending on local regulations and order value. These fees are controlled by local authorities and are outside the control of Jafrie by R.
If duties do not appear at checkout and you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
Unclaimed or refused parcels may be abandoned or destroyed by local authorities. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
If the parcel can be returned to us, return costs and courier fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order pieces follow the production and dispatch timeframe on each product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners to meet estimated timeframes, delays caused by customs, weather events, or courier disruptions are outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact us within 7 days at hello@jafriebyr.com, and we will assist with an investigation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all address details are correct at checkout. Jafrie by R is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and redelivery fees may apply.
