Returns & Exchanges Policy
At JAFRIE BY R, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind orders. During this time, you may request an exchange or a credit note, provided the conditions below are met.
Eligibility for Exchange or Credit Note
To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
The JAFRIE BY R returns tag must remain securely attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
The return is initiated more than 14 days after delivery.
The garment is not in its original condition, shows signs of wear, is damaged, or is missing components (unless due to our error).
The returns tag has been removed.
Made-to-Order Garments
Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for refunds. These items can be returned for an exchange or a credit note only.
Processing Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your exchange will be prepared and dispatched, or a credit note will be issued to your online account. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your return arrives for processing.
Additional Information
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All refunds (where applicable) incur a 5% restocking fee per item.

How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account via the ‘Accounts’ tab on our website.
Submit your request through the Customer Returns Portal.
Follow the prompts to complete your return.
